Booking & Deposits
We confirm every booking personally by phone. No payment is due when you send a booking request — we'll walk you through deposit and final headcount details when we confirm your date.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Plans change — let us know as early as possible and we'll do our best to reschedule your party for another date.
Weather
Hibachi is an outdoor show. If rain is in the forecast, a covered patio, tent, or garage with good ventilation works great — or we'll help you pick a rain date.
Travel & Location
We serve all of New Jersey from Succasunna. Pricing may vary by location — we'll confirm any travel considerations when we confirm your booking.
Setup Requirements
You provide tables, chairs, plates, and utensils for your guests. Our chef needs a level space for the portable grill with clearance from overhangs.
Gratuity & Payment
Gratuity for your chef is appreciated and customary for a great show. We'll confirm accepted payment methods when we confirm your booking.
